All of the brass is soft and susceptible to shearing apart, including the piece molded in the knob. But it's cheap enough so if it does break like mine it's eh, still worth the attempt

used this for the g56 manual it's great product but the parts provided/installed in the ball did not hold up, it broke through the cap end of the ensert and started to pull it out of the ball so I used high temp JB weld epoxy after scuffing the ends to grip better, baked it in front of mini oven and used orange lock tight on the inserts with a double end stud bolt having the short end inside the ball that way it doesn't push from the inside and connected it with a coupling nut overall It's a cool accessory just needs a little work.

A bunch of adaptors came with the ball, none of which fit. I put in the truck model and year too just to be sure.

I selected the correct thread. Screwed everything on and less than one hour later, the threading broke off and was stuck in the head AND on the shifter itself. I was able to get it off the shifter but product is now useless. Atleast the DragonBall itself is of passable quality.
