Hojicha Pound Cake
Ingredients (1 pound cake mold)
Pancake Mix：100g／Hojicha Powder：3tsp(6g)／Sugar：50g／Milk：30ｍL／2Eggs ／Melted Butter：50g
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Mix all ingredients well except pancake mix and hojicha powder. 3. Add pancake mix and hojicha powder to 2 and mix well. 4. Pour into mold and remove air. 5. Bake at 180℃ for 30-35 min.

Hojicha Pudding
Ingredients (5 Puddings)
Hojicha Powder：2tbsp(8g)／Milk：300ｍL／Sugar：35g／Powdered gelatin：5g
1. Pour water over gelatin to soften it. 2. Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar, then add the hojicha powder and mix. 3. Turn off heat and add gelatin to dissolve. Strain through a colander and dissolve the hojicha powder grains well. 4. Pour into a cup, let cool, then put in the refrigerator to harden and ready.

Hojicha Chiffon Cake
Ingredients (1chiffon cake mold)
4Eggs／Vegetable Oil：3tbsp／Water：70mL／All-purpose flour：75g／Hojicha Powder：2tbsp(8g)／Granulated Sugar：60g／A Pinch of Salt
*Separate eggs into yolks and whites. *The recommended baking time is 30 minutes at 180℃. Preheat the oven before baking. *Allow to cool completely before removing from the mold.

Hojicha Jelly
Ingredients (2servings)
Hojicha Powder：2 1/2tbsp(10g)／Water：300ｍL／Sugar：25g／Powdered gelatin：5g
1. Boil 300mL of water and dissolve the sugar. 2. When sugar is dissolved, turn off heat and add powdered gelatin and dissolve well. 3. Add the hojicha powder to step 2 and mix well to dissolve. 4. Once it has cooled to body temperature, pour it into a cup and chill it in the refrigerator.
*You can top it with cream or mix it with milk to make crushed jelly as you like.
Hojicha Latte Recipe
Hot Hojicha Foam Latte
Ingredients(1serving) Hojicha Powder：1tbsp(4g)／Boiling Water：50mL／Milk：150mL／Sugar：8g
1. Warm up milk in a microwave and whip with a mixer for at least 20 seconds.
2. Put hojicha powder, sugar and boiling water in a tea cup and mix well with a spoon.
3. Pour 1 slowly into 2 and ready.
Layered Iced Hojicha Latte with Oat Milk
Ingredients(1serving) Hojicha Powder：1tbsp(4g)／Boiling Water：50mL／Oat Milk：150mL／Sugar：To taste／Ice：As needed
1. Add boiling water to hojicha powder and knead well.
2. Add ice and oat milk to a glass and stir gently. Add sugar to taste.
3. Add 1 to 2 and ready!

Great quality and taste. I was a bit hesitant to try BUT this is amazing!! It is a great replacement for matcha but beware, has flavor. It dilutes really well. This one in particular is very good quality. It is a brownish color as opposed to matcha that is green.

I love this hojicha powder for my iced lattes. I use the powder just like matcha and sweetened it with vanilla bean syrup. it's soo good! It pairs well on a foam as well. The roasted notes of the powder are not too overwhelming, i do recommend you buy this and give it a try!

This is my second purchase and I love it! I wanted to try hojicha latte and I needed hojicha powder so I got this product. It’s very deep and strong taste so when I mix with hot water and milk, it tastes perfect.My bf also likes it so I’m very happy with it. I’ll buy again when I finish this :))

After trying hojicha latte in a Korean cafe and spending $8 for a cup I was determined to make this drink at home but cheaper and better! This powder met my expectations and my gf wants me to make her a cup of this goodness every day. I use espresso machine steaming wand and put 1.5 tsp of powder per 240ml of 10% cream to make the most delicious latte with lots of foam and great aroma! If you like it sweet add some honey too!

If you don’t like Matcha because of the grassy flavor, then you might want to check out this tea instead. It has the most comforting, delicious roasted flavor that I’ve ever tasted in a tea. It was divine when I combined it with half-and-half and then poured it over ice.The powder in this product also incorporates very well into a liquid, especially when it’s warm. You don’t even need water that’s boiling for it to be stirred properly. I would actually recommend not bringing the water to a full boil because you will scold the tea and wreck the flavor.I will be buying this again. That’s how much I like it.

Even though this is sold as a baking hojicha powder, I found it to work surprisingly well in lattes. It has a roasted, nutty flavor that doesn’t get buried when paired with milk. Considering the price of this powder compared to other brands, I would purchase it again for lattes and baking, but not for drinking it straight.

I only use this for lattes. It dissolves easily and has a mellow roasted green tea flavour. It’s not bitter, and it’s a little sweet. I prefer it like that; but if you prefer something stronger and more bitter, then I would suggest you buy a different brand.

The first smell I got when I opened the pack is like seaweed, but when u mix it with hot milk and add some ice, it smells much better and actually it smells goodddd, it tastes so goodddd guysss

High quality intense powder and quick delivery. But after tasting it... I now know I prefer sencha and matcha green tea as they are more bitter. This is my personal preference. Hojicha has no bitterness. It is sweet with cocoa scent and notes. I am going to add it to my cakes. It may taste better in baking than in lattes.

It has weird end tastes. Tastes like super low quality hojicha. Highly disappointed.I wouldn’t buy it again nor recommend this to anyone who knows tea. If you ever went to an authentic asian cha place, you’d know what I’m talking about.I wish I could return this.
