These phones did not work with our VOIP service and the seller made returning them very difficult and had to be escalated through Amazon to get my money back. Be careful.

These are super easy to setup and rugged phones. For the price though, you'd think they'd provide a decent power supply. After about 3 to 6 months of use, expect the power supply to start failing. If you have more than one handset connected to the base, it will become where the base can no longer provide signal to all handsets causing the whole system to fail until you get a new power supply. A rather black mark on an otherwise good phone setup.

I've used this product for two IP phone installs. The handsets are durable and very high quality and range is pretty impressive. I put the base station in a closet with brick around three sides and the 4 handsets worked fantastic. The other one is a 24000 Sq. Ft. open building and it reaches about 80% of it with the base in the very front. If you're reading this and thinking about using it, do not hesitate. NOTE: The phone that comes with the unit automatically registers to the base station. However, in order to register additional units, you >>always have to press the "register handsets" button in the base station admin control panel and then remove/replace the battery on the phone before it will register. I discovered that by messing around with it until I figured it out. But definitely worth the money.
