Works great. Love these cutters. Smooth cutting and quick to tighten and loosen. Its big, but I have a second cutter for tighter spaces.

I generally use Ridgid pipe and tubing cutters, since that's just what I started out with years ago, but I also have this YJ cutter and use it occasionally. I find that it's actually pretty decent and cuts nicely. It's quite a bit smaller and lighter than my Ridgid #15 cutter, but still has the same 1-1/8" max capacity. It has flare grooves in the rollers to allow it to cut off a bad flare close to the end of the tubing as well as spare blade storage on the end of the handle and a fold out tubing reamer. The only thing I don't care for about this cutter is that it uses a small C-clip type snap ring retainer on the pin for the cutter wheel instead of a threaded screw-in pin like the Ridgid does. I find that this makes for some tedious and slightly nerve racking cutter wheel changes on the job because you're always worried about that little retainer clip getting lost in the process of changing the wheel. For this reason, I now just keep the YJ 60103 constrictor wheel installed in it instead of a regular cutter wheel and use it primarily when installing cap tubes inside a larger diameter tube. I really like the size and overall design of this cutter, but if YJ would change the cutter wheel pin retainer from a snap ring to a screw-in pin like Ridgid, I would use it more often with an actual cutter wheel instead of mainly just the constrictor wheel.I've noticed that this YJ cutter looks almost identical to the Rothenberger Rototrac 28, so it's possible that they are also making these for YJ.
