Looks like it’ll work fine slow driving and short distance. I haven’t used it yet.

This is a great practical product for anyone that does not have a pick up or trailer and needs to move or recover their motorbike. Straightforward to use. I tethered the steering on recovery points on the bumper much further apart then suggested which makes it more stable. Just take it easy.

I was very impressed. Many friends had their doubts but it did the job it was bought for.

Great accessory I only need to use it for short trips like taking my son to a large parking lot for him to get in some practice time however after trying it out on the 250 Honda I felt comfortable putting my 1100 Virago on it to take it to Coyote for a checkup hopefully you can see in the photograph that I didn't feel comfortable with how much the bike green so I put two extra straps from corner of bumper to corner of bumper this kept the bikes from leaning over and I can't tell you how great and easy it was I am planning on buying another one so that I can give it to my son when he gets his license and takes the Virago 1100 for his own

This to me go is poorly designed for the use it is advertised for. After assembly, I attached it to my tow vehicle, loaded my four hundred pound motorcycle, made sure it was secured properly and attempted to drive it away. I moved about three feet and the bike almost fell from the hitch. Had to get my neighbor to assist me to keep it from falling to the ground. Not for me, maybe suitable for a moped but not a motorcycle.

There are a number of problems with this product that make it essentially unusable. I don’t think I’ve ever given a product a lower score but I really wanted this thing to work and put quite a bit of effort into it. This has been the most disappointed I have ever been by anything I’ve purchased from Amazon. The documentation was a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy of a hand-corrected photocopy. It was almost impossible to read and one is left to essentially figure out how some parts go together. The images on the amazon listing actually gave more guidance. There are 5 points where the bolts have to allow for parts have to either bend or slide. Normally when you need this kind of movement you use bolts that are only partially threaded. These bolts are fully threaded which means the only way for them to work is to leave the nuts loose. Not something I would be comfortable with when it comes to towing a vehicle. Still, I really wanted this to work so I went to the local hardware store and purchased proper hardware, but…..They never removed the burs from cutting the metal. The vertical shaft has a sleeve that slides up and down to lower and raise the cradle. My teeth experience significant discomfort as there was a screech of trying to get these two parts to move. But, I really wanted this to work so I got out the mini-grinder and smoothed out all the burs, buuuuut….Finally assembled and working I installed it into my receiver and drove the bike on the cradle. The product description rates this device for a maximum front tire width of 5 7/8 inches. The actual opening is less than 5 inches. My bike has a 130/90-16 front tire so there’s no way it’s going to sit all the way in the vertical cradle. Without the wheel fully engaged in that cradle there’s no way to make it stable enough to let go of, let alone drive around with.I will be returning this item. I’ll update the post with how that goes.

I bought this to haul my trike behind my travel trailer. Some states do not allow double trailers to be towed in them. TECHNICALLY this is not considered a trailer with there being no flexible joint at the connection point. I have used this for about 5,000 miles so far. The straps that came with the carrier are long enough to wrap around the carrier and front wheel and tie it down fairly securely. I added a regular ratchet strap to the safety chain loops just as an added security measure.
