Changing the oil in my truck always creates a mess when it splashes in the drain pan, and gets on concrete garage floor. These are perfect size, serve a great function, soak up a lot of oil, and help keep my garage floor clean and unstained. These are a great low cost option.

These splash pads are large and pretty thick. They are larger than the pan I drain oil into so I am able to cut each pad in half and get the splash protection I need. I just received them yesterday, but couldn’t wait to put it to the test so I changed the oil on my tractor. The drop is much higher from the tractor than from my truck so I figured it would be a better test. The splash pad absolutely kept the oil from splashing onto the floor of my shop, so it works as advertised. After I was done draining the oil, I pulled the pad out and hung it up to drain. I assume with multiple uses it will get bunked up or clogged, but I also think this pack will last me a long time.
