You might take this review with a grain of salt, as we audio tweaker / tinkerers are notoriously subject to confirmation bias and the placebo effect. That said, I like this item.It is well constructed, with solid metal housing on the outside and firm rubber inside. I've been using Vibrapods for years, and have sometimes found them going flat under heavier things like power amplifiers. I think these will hold up without flattening out.I put four of them under the heavy subwoofer of a mid-range Samsung multichannel Atmos sound bar.I had repositioned that subwoofer recently to reduce it's interactions with the wall behind it, and it has always sat on a pair of concrete patio blocks to isolate it from the suspended floor below. After the repositioning, I was trying to tune it, and while it was clear that 0+ gain was not enough and 3+ was too much, I could not get a clear fix on +1 versus +2.After putting these feet to work, I felt that I could hear a crisper difference between the two settings, and +1 was definitely correct for the room.More casually, while watching The Last of Us S2 episode 2 last night, I was paying attention to the sound, and the sub-bass sounded tighter and better differentiated than I remembered it being, resulting in an overall better presentation.

These are nicely made and look good with the black aluminum rings around a firm red silicone insert. The silicone itself is quite firm compared to Sorbothane isolators I've used with a small interface between halves providing much of the isolation. These would be best for heavier speakers or subwoofers rather than light turntables and such.Under a pair of Klipsch R-120SW (31 lbs/14.1 kg) subwoofers in a smallish room, these improved both bass level and clarity with much less boom off the floor. The cleaner bass allowed the rest of the mix to come through much better as well. We tested several genres including jazz, rock, classical, and the intense 'Diggy Diggy Hole' video by Wind Rose for A/B tests. We didn't compare to other isolators but the Klipsch subs on these feet cleaned up the overall sound considerably. We also tried them under a pair of Klipsch RP-50 bookshelf speakers sitting on a console with subwoofers off. That sound improved as well though not as dramatic as when used under the subs.At $53.99 for 8, they're a little on the expensive side with a lot of alternatives at the price point but they work very well and look good to boot.

Since I put it under my subwoofer the sounds it a lot better, less reverberance. I'm very very happy with the purchase.

Bought these to lift my subwoofer off the bottom of my TV stand. They work perfect, no noise or vibrations. Cheap, effective, well priced.

Absolute junk. They collapse with very little weight.
