  • 1. It could be at the set temperature or defrosting - this is normal, it'll start up again soon.

    2. An off timer might be set - simply switch it back on if needed.

  • That's normal. The remote shows the AC's output temperature, not the actual room temperature.

Bought this mini split for my dad's back room and everything came in place.Ac person came and did a fantastic job with the installation and took 6hrs to do.Works great and heats and cools room in minutes.
