I purchased two controllers in September 2024, 5 months later I cannot get either charger to hold a charge. They are both completely useless now.

Used it on Luna in FireTV.The charge lasts long.Only tricky thing is that some games use different colors or shapes so often takes a minute to figure out, but that's more a game issue not the controller.

The product photos for this luna orange controller show it as being red. It's actually a bright florescent orange though. I don't mind that at all. The Ymir design is very reminiscent of a PS5 controller, which I'm a big fan of. It looks really good, and feels great in the hands. There are textured grips on the underside of the handles, as well as the thumbstick edges. All the buttons work as they should, with no missed presses. I especially like the joysticks, which seem perfect. Not too tight, or loose. Aiming with this controller is effortless. In addition to PS4, this controller is PS5 compatible. However, you can only use it to play PS4 games. Also, I didn't experience any disconnects. Overall, this Ymir controller checks all the boxes for me, and it's an easy recommendation.

I havent had a huge amount of time to mess with this but so far so good. Connected to my pc without issue and seems to work just fine. I was expecting a red controller from the listing but ended up with a bright orange one instead. Not a deal breaker cuz the color is super vibrant and cool but yeah just had to mention that as the original listing showed a red controller when I placed the order.

As a baseline, I have to say, I'm a fan of this controller! Pairing it with my PS4 was a breeze—it connected almost instantly without the need for a USB dongle. The unique color design is a standout feature, making it much easier to spot when it inevitably doesn’t find its way back to the charging area.The buttons are crisp and responsive, giving me confidence that the joysticks are guiding my character exactly where I want them to go. The manufacturer also includes silicone grips for the joysticks, which, to my surprise, I ended up liking a lot more than I expected. However, the rainbow tie-dye design of the grips does clash a bit with the overall look of the controller, but that's a minor issue.Now, onto the aspects that remind you this isn’t an OEM product. The controller lacks the heft and solidity of a genuine Sony controller—it feels somewhat hollow and has a bit of a "plasticy" feel to it. While “plasticy” might not be a real word, it captures the essence of the slight dip in material quality. That being said, it still performs exceptionally well, so I’m willing to overlook the less premium feel.In summary, this controller earns high marks for its performance and ease of use. Just don’t expect it to pass as a genuine Sony controller, as it lacks that familiar, high-quality build. Still, for what it is, it’s a great alternative, especially if you’re looking for a unique look and solid functionality.

I had been using an older wired USB-A controller of the Xbox pattern.It has finally died. My PC doesn't recognize it anymore. Time for something completely new!It will take some time for me to get use to the different layout on this controller, but I already appreciate that it's wireless.No more accidentally yanking the cord out like on my last controller. (Probably why it died)I don't even know what some of the features are for on this particular controller. Like the mapping feature. I may never know.It comes with some little 'gummy' covers for the joysticks. Ok.
