At just 2 inches shy off 5 feet tall, this yoga stick works quite well with my 5'9" frame...and the extra stability, balance & support it provides has given me the confidence I was lacking to get back into a regular yoga routine here at home while still not in the best of health.As I gradually improve and regain more confidence, greater stability and renewed flexibility, this little gizmo's been a great little companion helping me engaged engaged, stay motivated and reach for greater flexibility without even leaving home...and when not in use, this sturdy stick looks so lovely on display in our home that I find myself drawn to use it more often than I'd imagined!

It's an ok alternative to have outside of your basic shower curtain rod...alot lighter than expected. Maybe great for a lightweight beginner, but it Carries an awkward weight 'to me'..

I have a rigorous stretching routine I use to keep flexible and help with being able to golf. I've been doing yoga for a few years, which really helps with flexibility. I had not tried a Yoga Stick, so I thought I would give it a try. It allows for some different stretches and I have really enjoyed adding the new stretches to my routine. It enables some new stretches of the back, which has been very helpful. I use it every time I get ready to golf. the Yoga stick also has a neck pad to make some of the stretches more comfortable. It also comes with a pamphlet that shows how to do some of the stretches. I can't think of anything I don't like about my new yoga stick.

What can I say? It's a stick:-) I love that it's natural-looking and real wood. I use it everyday for stretching, but also I love doing a barre workout. I don't own a barre so I use this to stabilize instead and it works great. It's light and durable. Easy to transport from room to room and it's a great height/size for my 5'6" height. I was using a piece of wood from Home Depot before, but this version is much lighter and also the wood doesn't give me stickers. It also has a comfort band that you can move around that makes it even more comfortable.

The best part about this rigid pole is that when you first use it, it really reveals just how much you needed it. Using it to for me gives a great stretch and increases my flexibility. And it’s finely crafted bamboo.

Not 5ft but close enough. Very sturdy grips are comfortable and well attached. The stick is nice and smooth except where they engraved their brand into it, but I can overlook that. This is the first time I have a stick long enough, that I don't feel like I'm going to break by using it.
