Nice machine for people who can't run. Love that it's foldable and has 3 different modes. Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to store away! Can't ask for more!

The product is defective but I cannot return it like regular Amazon products. You have to contact the seller, they send you an address to send it back, and YOU are responsible for the shipping. I would have NEVER purchased this if I had known that!!! The handle on the machine is not designed well. It is held on with only one screw and wobbles no matter how tight you make it. It is easy to use but the right step rubs, makes paint come off, and has a horrible sound. I would NEVER had purchase this if I knew Amazon did not stand by it and allow returns like other products. Do yourself a favor and step far away from this stepper!!

I would not recommend product, based on quality control. As soon as open the package I returned. However the seller didn’t send me a prepaid lavel. UPS is charging me 109 dollars to send it back. I’m gonna need to sell it by myself if I want to get some money back. I’m pretty sure no one would pay me what I paid. for then I would’ve been out the entire cost of the product.

It was easy to assemble and it's a good workout. Since it has three different levels you can work up to the highest/ top level. Great lower body workout, even works out the lower abs. You can use bands to increase the intensity of your workout. This machine is better than most like it because people over 250 can use this without fear it will break or malfunction. Overall this is a great product.

Product seems well built, but mine came damaged. Threads to top end retaining knob to the handle was stripped out, and would not tighten down. Tried to return/exchange, and shipping cost more than the item. Contacted seller, and they said to provide pictures of damage. Ended up just fixing myself, but would not recommend product, based on quality control. Had I not been able to repair it myself, then I would’ve been out the entire cost of the product.
