I bought this to use for my teacup Yorky. She only weighs 3 1/2 pounds. However, that being said, I had ordered some of these retractable leashes previously that were poor quality. The stitching actually came quickly undone on the edges of the leash causing it to fray almost in 1/2.Love this! Cute & great quality & not super heavy in my hand.

This is great for my little dog. This particular leash would not be strong for a medium or large dog. It gives my pup extra room to roam while still having control.

although this leash works well it was advertised as a cord leash which is what I specifically needed. I'm sure this one will pop eventually as all the others have which is why I thought I ordered the corded leash as I thought it would be stronger. Disappointed

Good leash for the price. My pup and her needle teeth did chew right through it in a month but I was able to tie it back on to the clip. The retractor is starting to wear out after 4 months but we use this ALOT since I don't have a yard and my pup is pretty rough on it. Still works, just a little slower.

I've been using this leash for 2 weeks now and I must say that it is well designed. The black rubber handle makes it difficult for the leash to slip out of your hands and is very comfortable to hold. The retractable mechanism works very well and doesn't get caught or tangle when retracting. Overall, this leash is stylish and hip and performs great.

My purchase arrived with this on leash June 3, 2016 for my 15lbs Chihuahua-Pug mix. She was very exited to get the extra feet to run around on, versus the 5ft leash I previously owned.Pros:Nice price.Very cute colour.Nice grip handle.Tight lock.16.5ft long.Retracts well.Cons:The leash itself feels like hair ribbon, which makes me fear how easy it could break, and my dog could run off.The claw clasp is very small, my former leash was much more easy to attach to her harness.Yesterday (17 days after purchase), we noticed that the leash had rubbed a break in the plastic.I plan to buy a more sturdy leash in the future.
