Have only had the unit for 20 days and it has already begun leaking out of the bottom and front. Drainage hose placed into a proper exit hole and draining into a bucket. That is not where the excess water leaks from. We have to physically pick the unit up, move it to the shower, and tilt it in each direction to get all of the water out after running the system.

This has been a lifesaver for us. My toddler suffers from night terrors, but thankfully after lots of tips and tricks from other NT victim’s parents, lots of trial and error (and even more sleepless nights), and LOADS of worry, I’ve discovered that a cold room (along with other factors) SIGNIFICANTLY reduces his episodes. With summer coming on like a hot hurricane, I’m able to keep his room cool without having to run the a/c for the entire house, thereby greatly reducing my electric bill. It’s quiet enough that he can sleep peacefully through it, and the “lock” feature ensures he won’t change the setting on me, because, ya know, buttons are fun for little boys!! So thankful to have found this economic solution!

This arrived earlier than estimated. My apartment only has one wall A/C unit in the front so my bedroom warms up quick. Once it arrived, it was easy to set up, and works wonderfully. It is quite large so you will need room wherever you put it. It cooled my room pretty quickly which I was happy about. It also has a fan mode as well.

I went through so many A/C reviews and looked up different types, as well as BTU's and finally came up with this one. This was probably the best unit I could have possibly have purchased! Very well made ,well packaged,and extremely good instructions not a cheaply made product. Even though the price was outstanding. I let the unit sit for 24hrs after shipping so it had the best chance of performing it's very best. This unit did not let me down..The setup was extremely simple even an amateur with little skills could do. I'm using this till my home A/C unit is replaced. It will do a good size room. Perfect for a big bedroom. The cooling is excellent, noise level is minimal can easily listen to someone talking or television on a low volume . This is a beautifully made unit on caster wheels that rolls effortlessly on carpet or floors. I can only tell you if you are shopping for an A/C unit for a large bedroom or tiny home look no further. I would back this 100%.

Works well. Cools 79 degree 200 sq ft room (12 ft ceiling) to 76 degrees in less than an hour.Noise level is ok, but you know it is running.Easy to read instructions.

The unit replaced an older unit that was over 10 years old. It was well packaged and everything was included. The units control panel is super sensitive, and will change on the slightest touch. To be fair, this may be normal and I am the one with the issues. just be aware that the control panel is super sensitive to your touch and you will be good to go

My AC broke for a month and this was an affordable option that really saved me. It got my space as cool as I wanted it and kept it that way. It has to be set up with a vent out of the window so it did allow in road noise, but I taped it as well as I could so no bugs or water come in. It does turn off when the room reaches set temperature and will turn back on if temperature gets higher than that, which is good, but it’s pretty loud when that happens. When you’re in need of a cool room it does a great job.
