I wasn't sure how well this unit would work as I'm unfamiliar with the brand and at the time of purchase there were no reviews but I'm certainly glad I made the purchase!Its efficient at cooling, is quiet for what it is, and has thus far seemed very sturdy. Additionally, the window insert is much more solid than any other I've had.

I’ve been using it everyday for 2 weeks and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Blows 52 degree Fahrenheit when it’s cooling. It’s not the quietest A/C unit but for the price you can’t beat it. Super simple to set up. If you like all little noise when you sleep this would be perfect for you!

Easy to install and I love the air flow, it’s different with my previous one, the temperature is as what we set (not changing depending on the humidity) so it makes the room feel cooler faster than usual.

I live in a townhome with high ceilings, and my bedroom and office are upstairs, so all of the hot air from the main level rises to the second level and it gets very hot up there. I first set up my new AC unit in my bedroom, and it's like night and day from the rest of my house. It's so much cooler now in my room! It uses R32 refrigerant which is ozone-safe and 20% more efficient than other refrigerants. It has a filter also that can be cleaned and reused, and has an indicator of when the filter needs to be cleaned which is nice. Technically my landlord doesn't allow window unit air conditioners, but this is very discreet, it's barely noticeable from the outside, and it barely requires any window space. It does make some noise, however, especially when the compressor is on. You can hear it from the outside, but it's only noticeable if you are close by it. This has been a lifesaver for keeping me cool in the warmer months.

It is significantly more effective than a window unit. Note that this unit requires external venting. It is essential to acknowledge this requirement and ensure you have a suitable window configuration for venting purposes, or it will not provide any benefits. I have successfully utilized it with a vertical window, but a horizontal window would be more convenient. Nevertheless, its compatibility with vertical windows enhances its versatility compared to a window unit. While it is somewhat portable, it is crucial to remember that venting and drainage are necessary regardless of its location, making it less portable than expected, although it is lighter and easier to handle than a window unit. In terms of cooling performance, it far surpasses that of a window unit. As a resident of the desert, I can attest that it effectively cooled my bedroom, which previously struggled to reach a comfortable temperature. In fact, it made me feel cold. The unit's design is aesthetically pleasing, and its performance has been satisfactory thus far. Overall, it has been a worthwhile purchase.

Great air conditioning unit so far. There are some gap’s in the window and panel tho, but it still works great, but it still works
