4 Step to Install Valve Stem:
1.Deflate tire and breakdown tire off rim
2.Remove old valve stem
3.Insert new stem from inside rim until it snaps into place
4.Reinstall tire and inflate to recommended psi
First Way to Install Valve Stem:
1.Insert the valve stem through its hole in the wheel
2.Screw the valve stem tool onto the valve stem.
3.Use the handle to pull on the valve stem.
Second Way to Install Valve Stem:
1.Release the air in the tire with a valve change tool.
2.Turn the valve change tool and pull the valve out.
3.Press the valve stem into the tire with one quick motion

Purchased these for steel trailer wheels. They fit pretty loose and I was concerned they would leak. I bought some from an auto parts store (for 72 cents each) and they fit more snug and the rubber is much softer and more pliable. That is when I realized these had a harder rubber further adding to leak concerns. The diameter difference between the two is just 1-2 thousandths of an inch, but that and the softer rubber make the auto parts store product much, much better.Sorry I can't recommend these at all. Go to an auto parts store.

Used these when mounting 5 trailer tires, worked perfectly and seemed to be good quality. Hauled a truck on the flatbed and held with no leakage so very happy with purchase.
