I do love this printer. I own a greenhouse and bought it to put QR codes on my retail products. The thermal printing works well and does not smear when it gets wet. I use Label Live to print to it which is an amazing app. I would highly recommend that combination if you need a printer app as well. I've had the printer for a whole season now and have no issues with it. It prints fast and has held up very well in the greenhouse environment (warm and cold temps as well as high humidity).

We got a refurbished unit at about half the cost of a new one. We were missing a part and customer service sent it to us promptly, not it's working perfectly and I'm pleased with the purchase.

This was the 3rd Zebra printer I have purchased from Amazon, but this one would not power on. I tried to file a return request through amazon, but they are leaving it to Zebra to decide whether or not they'll offer a replacement. My small business really needs this printer, & now my money is tied up, & we can't afford to buy another one. It has been almost 2 weeks, & zero response from Zebra or Amazon. What a disappointment.

I went through few printers until finally I ordered this one and am very happy with it. Prints well at an awesome speed, doesn't cut the labels (which is what I was looking for), I bought few other printers that I ended up returning for one reason or another... Wish I bought this one in the first place. I am very happy with it.

Loved how quickly it came!It was a bit of bear to set up, but that may have been due to my POS system software. Happy to have it up and running!

Was labelled as "Buy New" but the condition of product received was used - it was not new in-box. It arrived dirty and and finger prints on it.

ZD450 comes with wifi and bluetooth they are selling the same printer without bluetooth and wifi and when you return they charge 100$ admin fee.without the bluetooth and wifi the price should not be the same as the fully equipped products.

Bought specifically for the wireless feature but the setup instructions both with the product and online at Zebra are terrible.It took one and a half hours, three installs and two complete uninstalls to guess which driver was correct to get it to work correctly and not conflict with the other USB devices.
