Oddly, the sticker on the bottom of the pan peeled right off. The one inside, that will have contact with the crust, has a very hard to remove sticker that I haven't yet been able to get off, even after using nail polish remover. Why would the manufacturer make that choice? Otherwise, seems like a quality springform pan. I'll update after I use it.

Die spannvorrichtung für den Ring der springform verbiegt sich leicht aufgrund zu dünnen Material. Früher produzierte springformen haben eine robuste spannvorrichtung- da hat man gegen gute quaLität an der falschen Stelle gespart

meine erste Linzertorte gemacht. die Backform ist einfach nur der Hammer. Klebt nichts an und Backt , gleichmässig. sehr gutes Produkt.

I have no quarrel with the performance aspects of this pan. It heats evenly and works like a decent spring form pan should work. The fact is that it is advertised as an 8 inch pan. It is not. It measures 7 and 1/4 inch on the inside. So if the recipe calls for an 8 inch pan, there is much risk to the cake batter running over or even baking unevenly and being wet in the center, or as I experienced the cake falls because there is no where for the batter to expand.

This worked well, was light enough not to over cook by holding heat and dissipated heat well. Quality construction, no warping, not struggles with its operation. As will all springforms it's a bit tough cleaning the groove where the flat meets the sides but I'm not sure how it can be done easier.

What's worse than a DEFECTIVE product?Horrible customer service that makes false accusations and a company that does NOT stand behind their products.After using it the very FIRST TIME baking one cheesecake using this pan, RUST developed DESPITE hand washing and drying!We saw some reviews on Amazon reporting the rust issue, but I thought, heck, made in Germany means good quality, right? WRONG!We didn't want to buy made in China, but mistakenly thought made in Germany will be better. BELIEVE this and the other reviews, DO NOT BUY this because this pan cannot tolerate:- putting it into the dishwasher- salt- acid- cheesecakesName me a baked good that doesn't use salt or might have some acidic components? Absolutely ridiculous response. Clearly in our case, if handwashed, it still fails and rusts!First they requested proof of purchase and pictures. After I sent those, below is the insulting response I got from Zenker customer care. Think twice before buying any Zenker product.Btw, this is the second review I put on Amazon EVER.---------The product is made from sheet tin (not stainless steel) and must therefore only be washed by hand. It must also not be left to soak in dishwater for long periods. We ordered one of these to check them out and wound up with 12. In the summer (our high season) we rock out 4 key lime pies, 4 peanut butter pies and 4 cheesecakes a day on top of everything else. They've held up well. One got dropped, full, from a height of 5 feet and got bent, but we were able to bend the exterior ring back into shape. Nice not to have creepy non-stick crud that doesn't work. Update... it is now 2018. I just ordered 5 more as the clasp of one broke. Keep in mind that these are in use constantly - 7 days a week, 361 days a year - for THREE YEARS! great product.

Pues ha sido meter el bizcocho en el molde, luego posteriormente al horno y empezar a gotear... no lo recomiendo.

I needed a new pan to replace an older springform pan. This pan is a larger size than most, which is exactly what I needed for my cheesecake recipe. It is well constructed, better than other pans I looked at. How well it will hold up through out the years, I do not yet know as I have only owned this product for a few months. but so far so good. *** I have now owned this pan for 6 months and thought I would give an update. I have made my favorite cheesecake recipe several times, which calls for 2.5 lbs of cream cheese, and this pan does a wonderful job! The cake has always come out easily, and it bakes nice and even each time. The pan cleans up nicely and still looks new.
