I love this French Press! It took a little over a week to be delivered but it is well worth the wait. It makes a wonderful small pot of coffee with easy to understand directions. It keeps it hot too. I'm in love with thing. And no toxins. I'll never go back to the Keurig that makes coffee taste like plastic.

Love this, we are nontoxic household and this is the BEST! Used to have a glass press but it broke and love that this won’t break and will last our whole lifetime!

It makes a good cup of coffee. The only problem is it arrived with a bent plunger handle. Will just have to live with it.

Nice quality. I love that it is ALL metal. - as in NO plastic parts! I’m new to the French press but so far, the coffee is excellent.

Bought for stainless only properties. No more plastic for me! It is beautifully made and keeps coffee warm.

First of all, I love that this Ziruma French Press is all stainless steel, surgical-grade to boot! There's no plastic to be found, not even the measuring spoon. And the finish is beautiful.Since the container is metal, this is how I would approach using this french press, I'll tell you what:1. Most importantly, as your first step I would recommend pouring some hot water into the container and letting it sit a minute or two to warm up the interior metal. That way, later on during the steeping phase, the container won't be pulling heat away from the coffee. While you're waiting, pull out your digital scale because it makes everything so much easier.2. Weigh your coffee beans based on the water-to-bean ratio that you plan to use for the desired coffee strength.3. Dump out the hot water that had been sitting in the container and now add your ground coffee to it. Place the container with the ground coffee on the scale and tare it.4. Boil your water.5. Even though there are etched measurements in the interior of the container, you don't really need to try reading them because you can simply weigh the water that you add to the container, based on your ratio of water to beans. Like the instructions state, add a little water initially to cover the ground coffee, stir it and let it steep for about 30 seconds.6. Continue to add the hot water until the scale reaches the desired weight in ounces or grams.7. Cover. Let it steep for about 4 or 5 minutes, then turn the lid so the "coffee bean" symbol aligns with the spout and very slowly press down, taking around a minute to reach the bottom.8. Gently pour the coffee into another carafe so that it doesn't continue to steep. Then serve. The 4 part filter, with the double mesh layer, worked fine in keeping all grounds from mixing with the coffee. It produced a very smooth and satisfying beverage. And although it says it can be put in the dishwasher, I prefer to wash this by hand, just like I would my expensive stainless steel pots and pans.

I’ve bought many French press during years, all of the glass and any other in aluminum, but after buying this from Ziruma, the quality is amazing, the taste of the coffee is awesome and even the spoon is a holder for your coffee bag. Superior quality. Heavy duty and luxury at the same time
