I just had the best customer service experience I have ever had for any product or service in years. Zosi tech on the app was fast, informative and able to help get my camera system back online and answer every question I had about getting this camera's sound connected to my system. Unfortunately, my DVR isn't compatible with 2way sound so it's my equipment problem. But being able to text, send photos and get answers instantly - this is the way ALL tech support should be working these days. Bravo to Jar for his knowledge and support.

There is nothing I liked about these cameras I bought 4 of these to go with one of their DVR/4 camera systems I'd bought 1 month prior. Customer support is horrible they never seem to understand what you say (by say I mean chat only, as that;s the extent of their support!) AFter 1 month they finally got the initial dvr/4 cameras working (after replacing 1 camera, 1 power cord that was bad). Worked 3-4 days, & when these 4 add'l cameras arrived, and were connected, that was it. Spent 2 more months while they replaced 3 of the add'l 4 cameras, 2 of the 4 cables for them, one 8 way power, splitter, and DVR and this STILL not working right, and now Zosi starts pushing to take different $20 baby monitor &be happy with whatever would work (7 of 8 cameras even showed picture, but 3 of those 7 had no access the camera menu) I told them no I just wanted what I paid for. Would anyone be happy with this? Of course not. They wouldn't fix it, so I contacted Amazon for refund & filed complaint aqainst Zosi. And when I got refund, Amaon charged me $75 for the exception of being allowed to return after 30 days (their words, not mine)! China-based Zosi just puts out garbage poorly made products. And don't get me started on their buggy dvr software. Settings that, when you ask how to use it, they tell you it's just there but it's not used - 3-4 times I was told this. I suffered but you don't have to. Save your money and buy ANYTHING else but Zosi. Unless you like buying low quality, poorly designed products that don't work when you get them, you have 3 months to kill (for nothing), and $75 to appease the Amazon gods to take it off your hands.
