Had a camera that had video loss/defective, contacted customer service and a little over a week later ( troubleshooting first before replacement) got my new replacement camera. Thank you to Fannie, Salina, & Bessie.

I got this camera system as a gift about 1 year ago and it's been great so far, the video quality is great plus it was pretty easy to set up, etc.The Android phone I was using with the Zosi Smart App installed crashed on me so I lost my login info and forgot my password 😪.I contacted customer service and a rep by the name of Adeline listened to the issues I was having and everything was solved in about 15 minutes.She was professional, she understood my issues clearly and fixed it. not one bit happy with these cameras I reordered the WIRELESS CAMERAS I had before and these one are useless cable!!NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Had a problem with original DVR. Contacted customer service (Aimee) and it was replaced immediately. I own two other wireless cameras and I love them.

Just beware Tech support is from China. No phone calls all Emial. So you send an emial and they get back to you the next day at 4am. Nothing is quick.System worked well for a year but now loses video sportily and that is basically a huge problem when you can't see the burglar coming!

Bought this as a Christmas gift at a discounted rate. Five days after the order, it was cancelled. The price was raised but still available. Seems crooked to me.
