Low cost, and good cooling, included ice packs is the good part. Lightly constructed, don't know how durable it will be. The strap that tighten the vest, once you thread them through, are difficult to undo. To wear the vest I have to put my arms through the armhole and let the vest slide down my arms until it rests on my shoulders. To remove I have to hold my arms straight up , then bend way forward to let the vest slide off me.This could all be prevented by using quick release clasps or velcro. High quality ice vests cost over 10x more. If you are a contortionist this might work for you.
