Not 22mm. It’s 25mm/ 1”

It did fit my 2012 Polaris RZR 800 HO, but when trying to adjust it to the factory spec of 0.70 +/- 0.05 it had dead spots in the rage as you went from idle to full throttle and thus threw an engine code shortly after beginning driving. You could make the code go away temporarily by holding at one throttle position since it was done uncertain spots, but unreliable and useless for actually driving smoothly.

My 2012 Polaris Ranger 800XP started revving high at idle (2000 rpm), making it too hard to shift gears. I changed the TPS, and now it idles where it should and shifting is as easy as it was when the machine was brand new.

It worked well and is still working but it was far from an oem fit or quality. I would recommend using an oem part over this one

I’ve ordered 3 of these and only 1 matches the OEM part. See bottom unit in picture. 2 of the 3 I’ve ordered twist counter clockwise. The correct assembly should twist clockwise. It will not function on the engine as the throttle assembly twists in the opposite direction as the part. This renders it useless.

Ordered one of these for our 6-wheeler…fraction of the price of the Polaris brand name. Worked perfect for the issue at hand so orders 3 more. 2 for friends that needed them and one for a spare.

Twists the wrong direction. Doesn't work on a 2015 Sportsman 570.

This worked perfect for fixing the idle problem and ATV dying. Fit was perfect for 2018 Polaris Sportsman 450 HO.

The product was perfect, but I returned it. Was a fuel pump issue on machine and not this part.

It was an awful little part to get to, but it fixed my problem. Out of nowhere, the RZR started running like it had no power at all. Did some research and this was the least expensive first thing to try. Looks like it worked like a charm!
