Is your patio umbrella leaning? Do you need to tighten the holder all the way (and it's really difficult)? Then you need this little stabilizer sleeve/umbrella pole adaptor. Nice and thick, it fit right into the sleeve for the base (which should have come with this imo). My umbrella is now always straight and it isn't difficult to tighten down the umbrella pole. BOTH issues solved for under $10!

Perfect fit to stop the wobble on my 9' Treasure Garden umbrella pole. Total time to install was about 2 minutes or less Just a nice, quality product. Very satisfied and recommend it highly.

This is a sturdy, thick flexible hard silicone. I can squeeze it, but not totally flatten it. Walls are 1/8 inch thick, the inner hole is indeed 1.5" wide. Outer diameter of the LIP is 2.5 inches. It fits down the hole, the flange extends onto the table about a 1/4 inch around. Will not fall through the hole. There's a 2" drop from surface of table to the bottom of the insert, and it tapers slightly. Holds my 1.5" umbrella pole securely. Because of the rubber surface and the tight fit, it's a bit difficult to put the pole in. Takes two people. Once in (just twist the pole as you push it down), it holds the umbrella perfectly - neither table or the pole will be scratched or damaged. Yes, you still need an umbrella stand underneath for the bottom of the pole. Thick rubbery silicone has no smell, and it's a slightly translucent white. Works well for my needs, is super sturdy. A win.

One star because it didn't fit my patio table at all. I had to improvise with another way for it to stop my umbrella, which ultimately didn't work. If it fits your table its worth it but other then that, I wouldn't waste my time to be honest.

This umbrella stabilizer plug is a great upgrade over the simple plastic sleeve found on most patio tables. We had trouble on windy days with the umbrella base not preventing the umbrella from moving, this helped address that. The plug is sturdy but flexible enough to adapt to the umbrella. Follow the instructions to ensure it will fit and the step-by-step guidelines for installing it. This greatly improves stability for your umbrella and table on the patio.
