For 1000 worms at just under $48 after tax it's the best price on the market right now, pure high quality red wigglers, all ages and a good amount of cocoons. Can't beat it they showed up in 4 days with no dead worms, I'm happy with the purchase for sure!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The worms were alive, healthy and active when I received them. I didn’t see a single dead worm in my lb order.

My daughter has been wanting to start a worm farm for a couple of years. I thought it was just a phase and it would go away; but she kept on talking about raising worms, so I decided to look into it. Recently I bought an online Homesteading Bundle that was on sale, simply because a dear lady (Natalie from “Hey It’s a Good Life”) had gone to all of the trouble to create a course on worm farming, and I knew it would answer all of my sweet girl’s questions and help to get us prepared to fulfill her quirky dream of wanting to raise worms. (Maybe it isn’t exactly “quirky”, but I didn’t even realize that worm farming was a thing when I was her age, and it seemed so out of the blue for a little girl to suddenly start dreaming about it. Gosh, I love this kid!)With the purchase of that bundle and the revelation that (duh!) we’d be able to harvest our own worm castings for our garden, I became pretty excited that this kid of mine wanted to do all of the work to raise worms that would actually benefit our garden and not just potentially be getting loose and squirming around my house. My preconceived ideas of how this might go (worms escaping and squirming at inopportune moments) proved to be inaccurate. One of ours escaped the first day, but it was quickly retrieved and in the month we’ve had them, it’s never happened again. The seller sent pretty detailed instructions on how to care for the worms and how to get them settled down after shipment so that they aren’t trying to escape and squirm through your house, and we found their instruction sheet to be very helpful. Our worms arrived only a couple of days after we placed the order — not the projected week that Amazon had suggested it might take for the shipping. What a fun surprise! They arrived healthy and whole, and my daughter felt like a new adoptive mother. She had their worm farm ready and followed the instructions that came with them, coupled with the knowledge she’d gained from the online course she’d so eagerly taken. The seller seemed to go out of their way to be sure that everything would go well for our new worms and that we would be completely satisfied. We were definitely completely satisfied! Not only did they go to great care to ship the worms and to be sure we were equipped with all of the knowledge we needed to get our worms off to a good start, but I also love the idea of supporting a small business.I can definitely see us buying more worms some time in the future from this seller. I’m gonna let my little one continue with the ones we have for now, and then we’ll add more to her farm as time goes on. I highly recommend buying your worms from this seller! You won’t be disappointed.

I have had my worms for about 4 months now. When they arrived I thought they’re small about 1 1/2 long. Well that’s the beauty watching them grow. And boy did they. !!!!! Sooo many babies. I have babies, toddlers, juniors and adults. I’d swear by now babies are born daily. I’m having soo much fun. They are my pets just for composing ONLY. A friend said when you get a lot I’ll take some for fishing. I don’t think so. They are my babies :( They have been spoiled they don’t really care for scraps. But I grind up veggies for them to stay healthy and crush egg shells to a fine powder and sprinkle in a little sand, eat your veggies:) They like the pre mix on Amazon with the pic of the worm 2lb size. Last a long time. Just make sure you moisten it with sprayer bottle. I then cover it then with egg carton. They like a hiding spot. I feed this way daily.you will see so many feeding under the carton. If I do give them greens and others I blend it the mouth on them is so small it’s easier for them. They did give me problems tho. They would crawl every night all along the sides and top. A 10 min chore every morning. I said this has got to stop. They are in a 16 gallon bin with locking top and 9 cut out holes on top with screen backing. They are in my house, not outside and no drainage holes. I just watch the moisture control so I don’t have to have holes. So I have found that if I cover whatever bedding with shredded cardboard they don’t crawl up. I think I have had only one since I discovered this. I overheard it on a video I was watching on u tube. U tube is filled with so much info on Red Wigglers. I have split my bin already. It’s growing too. One thing I learned is they LOVE corn on the cob. I cut it off the cob for my salad and give them the cob, well let me tell you, as soon as the babies are born that’s where they head right into the crevices of the cob. Extra cobs can be frozen for layer use. It takes about 30 days for them to discard use of the cob. Look closely before you discard, the babies are soooo small. I did give them a treat a tiny sliver of pineapple, this is a no no. It says no pineapple saw that on u tube, he gave a tiny scrap. And lo and behold babies attached to it. Just like us they love sweets. So I’m the proud mom of 1000 plus worms. I love them all. Hum I just wish I could name them all. I am very happy to have ordered from this worm farm. All were alive and healthy and still are. I have harvested some nice compost for my garden. Plants love it. Thanks for reading and give it a try.
