The frame arrived safely. It's thesecond one l've purchased, but I paidan extra $$$ for a gift bag and a noteand it arrived without them. I'm verydisappointed since it was a surprise gift formy mom. The stars is for the gift bag.

The digital picture frame has a nice display and good storage. However, the app wouldn’t allow me to upload photos, which was frustrating. The setup was easy, but the app issues made it less convenient. The touchscreen works well, and the frame looks great. It’s decent, but the app needs improvement.

The price was reasonable. I got it for a Xmas gift and it was a perfect gift idea for someone looking for a gift to give for a special occasion!

Looks great on my new bookcase. Love looking at all the photos. Easy to load photos.I wish it was USB but I knew that when I bought it. We had a hole put in the shelf when it was installed so the cord doesn’t show. It plugs in hidden in the cabinet of the bookcase.

I wish if you could name the frame in the app so if you had multiple you knew who you were sending the pictures too. Love how I can be miles and miles away from my grandparents but still upload pictures to their frame. Very pretty and easy to use.

Good product, picture quality is nice. But the app is clunky and instructions are weak. Security is too stringent for loading pictures on a digital frame but guess this isn’t the worst thing. Good value for $.

I like that it's able to upload pictures through the USB cord to CPU and doesn't have to connect to wifi if you don't want to upload pictures that way.
