I love this string light pole with 2 additional hooks. This is my second one. I hung 2 bird feeders on this pole. Now to find some string lights, Amazon here I come Highly recommended, get it before its gone.

I absolutely love this 10FT String Light Pole with two additional hooks. I was looking for a Shepherd's hook to hang up a present from my son and his girlfriend and a pole that would hold some string lights. I thought I would have to go to the local hardware store and envisioned the Shepard pole hanging out of the trunk of my car, or would it fit? I saw this pole and thought it would be perfect and I didn't have to leave the house to get it!!I had an old Shepherd's hook in the yard with some wind chimes on it and transferred these to the new 10FT Sting Light Pole. I then added the hummingbird feeder that I received as a present. It looks fabulous. I love it so much that I purchased another String Light Pole to hang my string lights on when I buy them from Amazon. This is a pole to hang string lights off with two lower placed shepherds hooks for additional decor. This is an excellent way to place pole, with the base screwing auger style into the ground for sturdy and firm placement. The pole includes sections to create the exact height for your needs. I have a smaller yard, so placing this pole out towards the middle and back, I'm able to string out the lights to the pole and then back to the house for hanging. Party signs added to the shepherds hooks and the effect is nice. I highly recommend!

Not as flimsy as some but definitely cannot hold up a heavy potted plant. We had a difficult time getting it to go deeper in the ground. If you have soil that has rocks in it you’ll probably have the same issue.

didn't bother adding the second smaller hook because my kit was missing the top piece to cap the poles. so i just used the larger hooks as my end piece instead. no big deal. the small one has some pretty glaring wingnut attachments to tighten it down to the pole, so it's not a lot to miss. the auger definitely drills pretty deep, it will take a while to get it where it needs to be considering the holes where the bar is inserted to twist the auger need to be close if not right on top of ground level in order for the pole not to wobble at such great height. of course, you could just modify the pole to be shorter and fix this issue if the auger can't get past a certain depth, but it's doable either way. for the weight and height of this pole, it's a pretty good deal, hefty enough to hold some tension, light enough to be moved with ease.

Better then expected! Fast shipping and great quality, I ordered this to put up patio lights in my front yard and let me say it did not disappoint, it's easy to put together and install,I like how it comes with the the spikes at the end so it's easy to just dig into the ground without much hassle, the height is perfect it looks very nice in the yard

I ordered this to hang solar powered string lights to go around our fire pit area. Right out of the box, I could tell this was going to be a quality pole. It was very easy to assemble and anchor into the ground. I really like how customizable it is to choose which height you need for your area. My string lights are hooked to trees on one side so using the tallest option for this light pole works for my situation to create the look I wanted. (Before I found this pole, I had hooked my string lights to trees because prior string light poles I've tried did not hold up to wind or the elements.) This pole is much thicker and sturdier so I know it will be able to do the job. I will order two more of them since after testing this out, I can tell I can depend on these just as well as the trees.The "deer head" design on the top helps to keep the string lights in order and more taut, preventing too much sag and that makes me happy. The shepherd hooks are a great addition as well. For now, I put a solar lantern on one side and a set of wind chimes on the other. This pole is sturdy enough to hold my hanging flower baskets, so I will be happy to put those up once they bloom this summer!

Easy to assemble, nice quality, and a good value for the money. Over the past month or so, I've picked up multiple of these types of posts, and they're all about the same. They go together the same, and perform the same functions. This one is a little sturdier than the others I've assembled, and has a nice look. I needed multiples because I have a 100 foot solar string light set, and I wanted them out around my fire pit. But the fire pit is in shade, so the solar wouldn't have worked. Solution: Put the solar panel, and one end of the string lights, in a sunny spot, and string them across the yard to the fire pit. Decoratively, of course. I'm in process of doing that, but need to get the poles mounted first.All in all, this one is sturdy, and easy to assemble. It has handy spots to not only hang the lights at the top, but to hang things on the lower hooks as well, and it's definitely strong enough to hold all that. It'll do a great job once I get the end set in the ground!
