Raising the Bar on Outdoor String Lighting and Decor (Literally and Figuratively)—These Cymuber String Light Poles are exactly what I needed to bring some order (and elevation) to my backyard lighting situation. No more tripping over electrical cords or getting my neck and hair caught in a low-hanging web of lights.I run a home-based dog daycare and overnight boarding business, so the yard is in constant use—day and night, rain or shine. We've dedicated nearly a quarter acre to the dogs, complete with play areas, dog-friendly pools, and plenty of room to do their business. When the sun goes down, we still need safe, clear lighting to keep everything running smoothly, and these poles have helped transform the space into a true no-trip zone.Installation was straightforward—everything I needed was in the box, and I managed it solo in under an hour, tops. The five-claw base offers surprisingly strong stability, even in my less-than-perfect soil. I haven’t had any issues with leaning or wobbling, even on windy nights. The poles feel solid, and the black finish looks clean and unobtrusive. I’m still using plug-in string lights for now, but these poles are inspiring me to go fully solar (and finally eliminate that unsightly network of cords running back to the house). Easy to install look nice

I’m using these to attach string lights to the railing on my deck, so I didn’t need the included spike bases. That said, the spikes are huge and look very sturdy, so I’m confident they’d work well if you wanted to install them in the ground.The included fence/railing brackets are the perfect size to mount the poles flush against my deck railing (as shown in the picture). Without the spike base (and not counting the hook at the top), each pole stands at about 7'6" tall, which works perfectly for string lights.Assembly was mostly easy, though I did run into one small issue. On two occasions, I had trouble screwing some sections together. In both cases, I swapped the parts and they connected fine. It felt like there might have been a small burr inside the tube—nothing major, but worth mentioning.Once assembled, the poles feel solid and should easily support my string lights when the weather clears up.Bottom line: Versatile poles, easy to set up, and work great for deck railings or ground installation. A good option for adding lights to your outdoor space.

The poles appear to be sturdy and were tall enough, once in the ground, for stringing up the lights. The only issue was that 3 out of the four top pole attachments did not screw all the way into the joining pole attachment. I could only give about two twists to screw the top attachment to the adjoining piece which I estimate should have taken a good six or seven twists to get it screwed as intended. I tried switching different parts to see if one worked better than the other but the top pole attachment would not screw in properly with any other. Hopefully they will hold up as assembled. I’m a bit disappointed.

Do not buy these!!! Only 1 out of 4 top pieces fit and they will not send replacement parts so I have to return them. Horrible!

Assembly of these light poles is straightforward. They function as expected and as described, and definitely help contribute to the ambience of a summer back yard. However, they are more lightweight than expected, giving rise to concerm over durability and doubt as to whether these are a good value overall.

These poles are impressively sturdy and well-constructed, with a solid feel which did hold up through wind and weather. Whether you're hosting a wedding, a BBQ, or just want that cozy café-style lighting in your backyard, these poles deliver both function and style in spades.Putting it together was so easy and the forked base option worked perfect along with the included fence brackets which made it easy to secure them to the deck for extra support. I loved that they came with multiple mounting options making them super versatile for different setups. We used them to hang globe string lights across our patio and garden area.Its 10ft height was tall enough to create a nice overhead without being too imposing. Once everything was in place, the poles stayed upright and steady, even during a few gusty nights. You can tell they're built to last, and the black powder-coated finish gives them a sleek, modern look that complements almost any outdoor decor.These poles have completely transformed our outdoor space. They've become the highlight of our backyard gatherings and even make quiet evenings feel a bit more special.
