The 120927-24 Switch is the main power On / Off switch for many of the Desa, FMI, Lennox, Vanguard, Twin Star and others manufactures fireplaces.

The 120927-24 is rated for 20 Amps at 125VAC and can be used to replace the HF616 Series 10 Amp 250V switch that was also used in the early versions of the electric fireplaces.

I needed the piece for a power center I use. The specs perfectly matched a rocker switch that broke. The size was compatible. It was a bit tricky to reinstall as one of the retaining arms needed to be clipped for the piece to fit into my power center. Once I trimmed it, it fit like a charm and restored the unit to fully working condition.

When I got the switch, I knew that I would have to figure out how the three leads hooked up to make the fireplace work. Finally was able to accomplish that and got the fireplace to turn on! When I attempted to install the switch in the opening that old switch came out of, the new switch was too large and wouldn’t fit! I will have to file the opening to make it a little larger!
