This switch allows you to simulate pulling a fuse by flipping a switch. It does one thing and it does it well. It even has an inline fuse so you still have the protection of a fuse on the circuit.MY USAGE AND PURPOSE FOR THIS DEVICE:I got this to enable and disable the "NPP" exhaust feature of my C6 Corvette. If equipped with the feature (RPO code: NPP) there is a butterfly valve in the middle two exhaust tips. (the outside two work when the butterfly valve is closed and the middle two open up under certain conditions like high RPMS and bypass the muffler for a straight pipe sound)Some owners remove the fuse from the fusebox and then the butterfly valve is open all the time. (idle, low RPMs etc) This is nice if you think the car is too quiet. There is a solution on the market that lets you turn this on and off called the Mild to Wild switch that uses a wireless remote. (best of both worlds) This is easier and although it isn't wireless it is better in some ways.INSTALLATION AS A MILD TO WILD SWITCH:This plugs right into the spot on the fusebox where the 10A fuse was from the factoryUSAGE:It has has a switch on the end. When it is on (- sign) it is as if the fuse is installed. It is quiet at idle, etc. If you switch it to off (0 sign) it is as if the fuse has been pulled. (more exhaust sound)Mounting and routing the wire is the only part that requires any actual work. Cheap, fast and easy.

Works great as a security bypass switch… I replaced the coil pack fuse, in the fuse panel behind the glove box, with the end of this and ran the switch end to a switch marked Backup Lights in the switch panel below the A/C controls… switch must be in the ON position for the Jeep to start… when in the off position it will turn over but not start…
