This was a very nice mix of what my bird needed. She was sad and always tried to build a nest, but nothing I offered was acceptable to her. When I put this in her cage, she immediately went to building a comfy nest. She and I are Very happy with the purchase.

THIS is the perfect nesting material. Natural, soft and my 3 feathered kids absolutely love it. Each package was a perfect amount for 1 nest so your total cost may be a bit more depending on how many nests you need to accommodate in my opinion it is well worth it! This kept my birds warm and happy from June 2024 to March 2025. I have tried other nesting materials and found that I had to clean them out after 3 to 4 months. This stayed clean, not sure how, but it did! This the only nesting material I will ever use!

I bought this product for my newly constructed tree swallow boxes. Hung it in a tree close by, using a double sided suet cage. Hopefully my swallows will find it useful. 🌝

We have decided to not knock down the nests. We see but to observe the ingredients they have used. Including the tiny wisps woven in between the branches and dried leaves.

I can say the birds did use it to nest build with. I put it out around their feeder and they’d eat a little then sometimes they’d take a little back with them. It’s clean and lightweight.

This is my first time buying this product and I love the fact that there are multiple different nesting materials within one package. It’s nice to have a nesting material for my birds, even if they just seem to play with it.

The reason I bought this nesting material is because someone left a review that said it was much softer than what she purchased before and that is true. It is a nice soft material. My nesting box just got installed and the birds are still testing things out so I will have to review again later.

Yes! So much softer than the coconut hairs I originally got. The babies seemed warmer cuddled in this too. The parents didn’t care for any nesting material at all - kept catching them taking it out and dropping on the cage floor. But the babies really loved it. It was nice and fluffy but easy to pat down. I put about half of it in, was about 1-1.5 inches high which was perfect for my budgie babies. The perfect weighted material for my baby birds I found, so sweet to watch them cuddle in for a nap or the night and rest their little heads on this stuff. Wish I had started with this! Five stars :)

I purchased this nesting material to help my local birds a little! After I ordered it, I was concerned because I'd neglected to check whether water would soak and damage it. But it's natural fibers and materials, nothing that can get tangled, and I'm really pleased with it.
