How to install:
1. Turn Power switch to the Off position.
2. Be sure dust bin is empty, then place Roomba upside down(with cleaning brushes showing) on a flat surface.
3. Guide the Battery Pack into the battery compartment using your index fingers(as shown). The Battery Pack will click into place when properly seated in Roomba.

Battery worked well, when it worked. I purchased in February 2025 and as of late May 2025 it will no longer charge. This is inexcusable in my opinion, even for a cheap aftermarket battery.

I intended to return this item for a replacement because the second time I fully charged it, it only ran ten minutes. It was too much of a logistical problem to return it so I decided to keep it plus the replacement. When I charged the battery a third time, it ran 45 minutes. I do not know why there was inconsistency in charging. So now I own two of these batteries which is OK because finding parts for my original 4000 series Robot is becoming difficult.

Battery is a good replacement fit. Timing the running time on a full charge is in process. Have my fingers crossed.

Our Roomba was dying after a couple of minutes. This battery got it back to its useful self, able to thoroughly vacuum a large room. I recommend it.

Mi roomba 4230 se quedó sin batería tras estar guardada unos años. Al intentar reactivarla la batería ya no cargaba.Esta batería ha funcionado bien tras unos 10 a 20 ciclos de carga y descarga; cada ciclo ha de rendir cerca de una hora (quizás más, pero no me he fijado con mucho cuidado), suficiente para limpiar un par de habitaciones.
