I have patched a window screen and a tent screen. For both I put patches on both sides so they can stick to each other and not just the screen. I think it will hold up better on the window (or door) than on a tent. But I may be surprised. It does look like a repair, but it keeps the hole from getting any bigger, and keeps the bugs out. It was easy to use.

Very sticky but they still don't last long. These patches are easy to apply. You have to apply a little elbow grease to make sure they stay put but even then, they start to peel in the heat of the sun. They look like screen bandaids and are not camouflage. But they are good if you little holes that need a patch.

These window screen patches will provide repair to holes or cuts on screens, and keep bugs outside. They may, or may not, be an exact match to your window screen color. As for my house window screens, some appear to have been altered by years of sun exposure and are lighter in color. On the opposing side of my house where shade is dominant, my screens are darker. Of course, because I have a seasonal creek on my property where mosquitos breed, my priority is keeping bugs out. A mild difference in color of the window screen and patch repair material is not my priority. Therefore, these window screen repair patches are exactly what I needed.Adhesive works nicely, though I may supplement it someday before seasonal changes - especially where my patches are exposed to more sunshine. Overall, a darn good thing to have on hand.

A critter chewed the corner of one of our window screens and these patches were a great solution. I wasn’t anxious to replace the entire screen, and this patch had been holding well enough that I don’t think I will have to. The mesh didn’t line up exactly in size, but the patch was easy to install, and I will be glad to have the others on hand should something like this happen again. These are perfect if you have squirrels near your home.

These screen patches come in a variety of sizes. There were no instructions included. Make sure you clean the screen as best as you can before sticking the patch on. These will not be invisible, but will block the holes efficiently to keep bugs out.

My cats like scratching on the screens and I don't bother replacing them because that don't listen to me when I tell them to stop doing that. The only reason I cared about patching them was to stop insects and bugs from coming through the openings. This was a quick and easy solution for that. I used it on 4 window screens and a screen door to patch the tears and holes. I cleaned the screens and let them dry before patching them. I also used a plastic card to press it on the screens and smooth the edges. It sticks very well.

My GRPOCHE Window Screen Repair Tape arrived in a box sealed in plastic wrapping. No information, other than its being made in China, was shown on the box. Inside the box was the tape itself, also sealed in plastic wrapping. Again, no information was provided. I checked the information page and found the directions to be pretty straightforward. It would seem that even an elderly woman like me could easily accomplish this. I simply cut the repair tape to size, removed the backing, and, after having cleaned the area in advance, covered the inside portion of the hole in my screen door with it. I then did the same for the outside portion. It could not have been easier. The area covered is small, but it definitely looks like a patch that adjoins the doorhandle. I cannot say how long my repair will last, but I am really quite happy so far. Having the door rescreened or buying a new one would be very expensive. This tape is very inexpensive and easy to use. I cannot imagine doing something big before trying this. I remember my father's screen door having patches on it, and they seemed to last. If that was true for him, I expect the same from my repair tape.I am happy with my new GRPOCHE Window Screen Repair Tape for the reasons listed above. It is certainly worth it to try something like this before resorting to more major repairs, especially in the case of my small tear. Various home repair people have pointed out this tear to me while in my home working on other jobs. I was told insects can enter my home through this hole. Well, now they can't. Problem solved.

I got this screen repair kit to use on our back sliding glass door, which has a couple of spots that have torn.This came with absolutely no instructions, so we winged it.It did cover the spots we needed to cover, but it does not look very good. However, at least the bugs can't get in through the screen door now.Probably worth the price, but there is a lot of trial and error with this stuff.Three stars.
