Disappointed in this item. Packaging was intact, but components inside gray housing were loose and rattling around. Some of the components themselves were damaged. The item is unusable.

Using this to replace the old relay that was burnt. First relay received was defective. The switch does not engage sometimes. The second one was good. It's been working well for a summer.It would be nicer to provide the wire connectors. It took me a while to figure what connector matches this relay. The manual does not have any descriptions either.

This is the second relay I have purchased and it is well made. Works great for a sprinkler pump with a 24V controller.
