Ok, I had trouble deciding if this is a four or five star item. As someone who owns several pairs of quality binoculars, I would describe myself as an enthusiast but not an expert. So consider this an educated opinion but not an expert one.I primarily own binoculars for astronomy, so roof prism binoculars like the Nexiview are not as good for astronomy but can be more than adequate with a decent pair. That said, I didn't purchase these binoculars for that reason. I needed a lightweight grab-and-go pair for daytime wildlife viewing and to watch rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral. I already had an excellent pair of 8x42 roof prism binoculars that were great but we're a little too good for the nighttime launches as they were a little too bright when looking at the flames coming off the rocket.Being that I wanted stronger magnification and a little less light gathering, I thought the Nexiview 15x52 would fit the bill. I didn't want to spend a lot. So I was looking at the selection of cheap binoculars here on Amazon and when these came up for $49 recently I decided to give them whirl. Here are my thoughts.....One of the issues that often arises when purchasing cheap binoculars is the inconsistent quality. You can get an well put together pair or a not so put together well pair. It can be a real crap shoot. Also, magnification is not always accurate. I have a budget pair of 10x42 binoculars that have the exact same magnification as my higher quality 8x42 pair. So I was leery about these being a true 15x but they seem at least to be somewhere between 12x and 15x so that is acceptable to me.Being that these are cheap, I expected them to gather less light but still gather enough for low light conditions. They seem to perform well in cloudy conditions but I haven't had the chance to see an evening launch with them so I am hoping they will show less glare. As for the optical quality, they are very nice at this price point. My eyes are older now and maybe I can't see or notice the subtle differences in optics that I once used to but these binoculars are very satisfying to look through at this price point.I haven't had the chance to test for the anti-fogging and waterproofing features but they seem robust based on appearance. All-in-all, this is pair I'm going to keep as a lightweight, quick grab pair of binoculars! Four stars overall but five stars for price vs. functionality.

Iโm impressed with the price of the binoculars! The image quality is clear, even in low-light conditions, It also comes with a stand that allows your phone to capture images through the binoculars, it's perfect for hiking. Overall, these binoculars exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance, I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys outdoor adventures!

I was pleasantly surprised by the viewing quality of these binoculars. It was easy to focus at long distances, which isn't always the case with some binoculars. They also seem durable, and contains covers for both the front and rear lenses. Also includes a convenient carrying bag. So far I am impressed, and looking forward to continue using them.
