I honestly love this fan! It's super lightweight compared to other fans this size, and when it's turned on it's super smooth and quiet. I love that I can use it via the cord provided, or by attaching a battery to the back to be wireless.

Not much to put together when the box is opened. The two loose parts are the screw-on tighteners at either side of the horizontal axis. There are also two screws,which don't appear in the documentation, but might come in handy if the fan is installed inside a wooden frame if the owner were to decide it will never move.The fan is lightweight and easily tilted front to back. The built-in stand allows the fan to be oriented along any desired direction.For portability whichever DeWalt battery is used should power it for a good long time. There is an AC adapter included which will power the fan if the battery is not available, or is spent. This adapter is not a charger, but it can replace the DeWalt battery.There are four green lights which indicate the stage of battery charge, fewer lights, less charge remaining. Also, there is a cylindrical on-off controller which spins the fan from minimal to full-blast.Overall, a very decent portable fan that is stable on any flat surface with a high degree of flexibility on where it can be pointed. Moreso while under battery powered, it could do a 360°.

Perfect size for a personal shop. If your battery is charged this thing runs like a champ! My husband couldn’t be happier with this order and it seems sturdy and well made for the price. Would recommend!

Very low speed. Not at all worth the money. I work as a construction worker and this fan is awful. There are far better fans than this one. Keep shopping.

I have not tried it yet with a battery attached, but with it plugged in, it works great. Love the fact that it is so light weight, and quit too!

This fan is amazing!It not only moves air very effectively, but is also decently quiet, and lasts a long time on a fully charged battery.It's lightweight, and easy to move around, and the knobs on the side allow it to be fixed at just about any angle.We are integrated into the Ryobi ecosystem, but have a variety of adapters for different tools because sometimes Ryobi doesn't get to the cool stuff, like this fan (no pun intended). So we slapped a battery into our M18 adapter, threw that into the fan, and it powered right up!The dial is smooth and easy to operate, and has a convenient battery indicator on top to show battery life when turned on. This shows a semi-live read out of battery expectancy based on power draw, and will show more battery life at lower speeds, and less at higher speeds, regardless of what the indicator built into the battery itself shows.So far, we were able to use this for 9hrs continuous at about 30% speed on a fully charged, 3 month old, 6.0ah battery. Perfect for long work days or as a fan in the bedroom on those hot days/nights.We use this everywhere now, and my dad wants to order 2 he likes it so much!

This fan is lightweight and easy to move to fit my purpose. I am using it indoors and adore the yellow color! It works with both battery and plug, making it a versatile option for different areas of my house. It is adjustable and quiet enough that I can have it on when I am working from home and not be bothered by the sound. Airflow is also really good.
