This pan is absolutely perfect. Although, I haven't used it yet since I just received it today, but I bought this pan for lasagna, which I usually try to make once every few months, but I was tired of having to buy those disposable lasagna pans each time, which are never deep enough. Even the deep dish disposable pans are only between 2½" to 3⅛" in depth, which only allows for, if I'm lucky, maybe 3 layers of noodles, and even then I would have to put a large cookie sheet underneath the pan to keep the sauce from overflowing onto the bottom of my oven. The disposable pans are also super thin, which would sag and contort when lifted, due to the weight of the lasagna, and I always had to be extremely careful when cutting into the lasagna so that I wouldn't slice through the pan as well. This pan, at 4" depth, and solid metal, is going to be perfect! It's going to allow for stability, as well as more layers of noodles, without any overflow of sauce. As a bonus, a rack is even included which can be used if you're roasting meat, or it can be used for cooling baked desserts. As for now, I am super happy with this purchase, but I will definitely update after I use the pan.~●~●~●~ UPDATE - JULY 21, 2024 ~●~●~●~So, I finally used this pan for my lasagna, and it turned out great! It's extremely sturdy, and cleaned up very easy. I was able to fit 4 layers of noodles this time with no overflow of sauce, but because I used oven-ready noodles with this lasagna (the kind that you don't need to boil first before putting the lasagna together—you use them still crunchy and they soften as the lasagna cooks in the oven), I think next time when I use regular lasagna noodles that do need to be boiled first I'll probably be able to fit one more layer since they'll be more pliable. Anyway . . . I digress from the original purpose of my review/update. This pan is fantastic and I believe I'll get many years of use out of it.

I ordered the large pan. It states up to 20lb turkey. Mine was 17 and it just barely fit had to squish it in so i would not go bigger than that. Also if you look at the picture that is the pan after being washed in hot soapy water 3 times and dried immediately. Not sure why it would look like that only after 1 use.It worked well enough for cooking the turkey and the handles were a big help lifting it in and out of the oven

I've just opened the package, and almost all is well. The pan is sturdy and shiny and new, and comes with a lifetime warranty. My only complaints are:1 The pan has some very (very!) minor scratches and dents on all sides, which appear to be from storing other pans inside and outside of this pan. They are minute enough that I assume it won't impact it's use at all, and they are not overly noticeable. And2 While the pan is indeed 14 inches wide on the lip, that measurement does not include the handles! The outside of this pan, for the purposes of putting it into an oven, is just under 16 inches, not 14 inches. The inside measurement (for the purpose of fitting food into it) is about 13 inches, or 13 and a quarter inches, if the bolts where the handles are attached don't matter. I'm not sure why they described this as a 14 inch pan, since that measurement doesn't seem to serve a practical purpose.
