This is the second time I have bought these they work great peel and stick never needed the upholstery pins. They’re sticky enough. Have two cats I have solved the scratch problem on my couch.

I just think these look tacky on the furniture. The cats just find other areas of the furniture to scratch.

I bought these couch protectors because I thought that being that they were extra thick that they would protect the couch from my cat. Well it did protect the couch from my cat very well, it was unable to shape in the forms of my couch arms at all. And it peels off by itself from the material of the couch.WARNING: the edges of the plastic are extremely sharp. They protect well as in the fact that my cat's claws do not penetrate them, which is great! But I had to replace four of them within the first month. It really just wasn't what I was looking for. I need something more flexible.
