In my case I had a couple of LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) 12V batteries that had been sitting in their box for a while until I could get my solar shed project going. When I was ready to incorporate the batteries they had discharged too low for normal charging to work, so I needed a charger that had a lithium battery activation function and the chargers I had on hand couldn't help. This unit worked like a champ. In addition to the multiple charging and maintenance functions, it has a very informative display cycling through the status of the charge.The unit is compact in size for the amount of current it can supply and this is because of the incorporated fan that will run while it is charging (and stop when it is done) to keep the components cool. Many other small chargers don't have this and while it allows for a smaller form factor it does create a fair amount of noise.Overall I am very happy with this charger and would definitely recommend it.

Works as expected. Great price point. Only complaints would be the cords are short and the fan is loud. Like quite loud but it's a small fan pushing a lot of air. Charges as fast as rated (I amp flow tested it). This is a very nice backup or compliment for my boat to charge all three battery systems. One is 24v and two are 12v, one lead acid and the other two are LiFePO4. Nice to have a charger that can do all and at a price that is very affordable!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this charger! Whether it’s my car, motorcycle, truck, or even my lawn mower, this charger handles it all with ease. I especially love the fact that it supports both 12V and 24V systems and works flawlessly with multiple battery types LiFePO4, AGM, Gel, and SLA. It’s truly a smart, all-in-one solution.

I like this charger because the charging cable are long enough for the unit to sit on the floor while the clamps still reach the charging posts in the vehicle. The display is large and easy to read. There are various codes that look meaningless on the display, so keep the manual. The charger evaluates, cleans and repairs your battery and maintains it very well. Charging speed is very acceptable. My only complaint is that the charging cables are attached to the unit. I like the cables that come with connectors so I can replace the clamps with ring connectors if I want.

I got this yesterday. I hooked it up to my 400 ah 24v battery bank because I'm waiting on my solar panels to arrive. Plugged it in clipped it to the the 2 batteries and bam. It does exactly what it's supposed to. Charged fast. Back up to 25.8 v from 19. Nothing to adjust. Just plug and go. I recommend.

This compact little red unit packs a lot of punch. Good charging speed for its size. Very light and easy to use with brightly colored alligator clips. Has great multi-use functionality for lead acid/agm batteries. If you live in a household with a car it is a great emergency tool to have.

I picked up this 12V/20A and 24V/10A smart battery charger mainly because it’s super handy to bring along when I’m out four wheeling or riding dirt bikes. It’s compact, easy to carry, and does exactly what I need it to do—keeps the batteries charged up without any hassle. Works great for my truck, dirt bike, and even the lawn mower at home. I like that it can handle both lithium and lead-acid batteries, so it’s pretty versatile. Definitely a solid buy for anyone who spends time off-road or just wants a reliable charger to have around.

I requested and received “for free” this YHCHKJ 16-Amp Battery Charger to test and give my honest opinion. I ordered this battery charger / battery desulfurizer just as the FREEZING COLD weather started and my wife's car had a battery that I thought was a little weak and that the battery desulfurizer may save the day. This charger work GREAT as a charger but I think my wife's battery was a little to far gone to be saved. When I tried to buy a new battery at that big Warehouse Club store they only had one that had a manufacture date over 18 months ago and two that were defiantly USED. They promised to order a new one for me so while I waited the week they said it would take and used this charger for the next three out of seven really cold days. When the store did not get the battery by the eighth day I went to another store, paid a little extra and got one of the four FRESH model battery (that was hard to find) they had on the shelf. Charger worked GREAT and maybe the battery was too far gone to save so I'm giving it a 4 star review. I deducted one star for the SHORT CHARGING WIRES AND LOW QUALITY CLAMPS.Ordering as a Vine member does not mean I’m getting "free products".. Between my time for testing the product, doing an honest review and the FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES I am liable for because I am "receiving items of value in lieu of wages" that are based on the LIST PRICE with no coupons allowed to be used, there is a real cost to these items "paid for" by me. Since most of the items offered to VINE Member are Brand New to the market, never on the market before, MANY TIMES the price drops or coupons become available to every Amazon buyer a week or so after VINE Members orders them at FULL LIST PRICE. This really affects any cost savings VINE Members may end up with... So far I have been having a great time "doing my VINE job", and I hope to continue doing it for quite some time....
