The product it self is good the crimp terminals are cheap. The cover does not snap to block at all. But it did what I needed it to do in my enclosed trailer

There is a huge difference between rubber and plastic. If the top were rubber as described, I could see it maybe snugly fitting to the bottom to give it some protection or maybe even stay on. This was made of cheap hard plastic. I'm guessing that it is supposed to fit on and stay in place magically via gravity, because there is nothing else holding it there. I tried using it anyway and thought that I'd just fashion some kind of bracket or something to hold on the top, but the plastic that the top and bottom are both made out of is so brittle that I broke too much of both trying to get them installed to actually make use of them at all. Garbage.
