This pump is great for our needs on the farm. The long cord is awesome and the pump does a great job transferring rainwater from one water tote (near the downspout on the house) to another tote near the livestock. It also makes it easy to empty the large duck pools, for regular cleaning. This is SO much nicer than the little transfer pump that we used to use (with plastic impellers).

Didn't want to spend $80 for a bigger unit & a discharge kit (another $20). This one works with a garden hose -took a little longer to pump out a crawl space, but good pump for the money

My patio floods after every storm. This really helps remove the water faster. Also helped drain my pool down which flooded during Beryl.
