Not pleased with the construction. Lots of bend in the pole once lights were hung. These may work for you if your span of string lights is less than 15ft and you are attaching them to a 6ft fence post at minimum. Any longer span or less of a post height to help stabilize these posts and it just won't work.

These are perfect for hanging lights around my patio. Very sturdy, great height, and they stay nicely in the ground. The spikes are long enough so they don't wobble in the ground. Very easy to install.

I got the soil version with the spiked base, and I’m honestly impressed with how sturdy these poles are. Each joint has a little plastic reinforcement sleeve that really helps strengthen the whole setup. Visually, I’m not in love with the way those sleeves look, but they do their job. This thing feels heavy-duty.Pro tip: if you're struggling to get the spikes into the ground, grab a hose and soak the area for a few minutes. Once the soil’s wet, the spikes slide in easily. Just give it time to settle before you load it up—especially if you're hanging anything heavy. For temporary setups like backyard parties or quick events, they’re great. But I wouldn’t use these as permanent fixtures—go for one of the other mounting styles if that’s your plan.

I ordered the hard base light posts to use as string light supports along my tile patio. I didn't want to anchor them so they've been freestanding with some heavy rocks for added support. The poles are sturdy enough for string lights and lightweight decor. The adjustable height is convenient, and I'm happy with the quality.

Die Stangen sind sehr instabil. Sie werden einfach mit einer Plastikkupplung zusammengesteckt, also eine Hülse, in die die Stangen von oben und unten reingesteckt werden. Sollen sie dann später etwas halten, knicken sienleichtbzur Seite und stehen nicht gerade. Und wir haben eine sehr leichte Lichterkette. Mal sehen, wie lange die Hülsen durchhalten.

I have the 2 pack 10' poles. They Look great, easy to install, adjustable height, easy to run lights through. I used longer stakes to hold it down for 10' height because I didn't want to take a chance of tipping. With the metal construction I expect it to last and happy with the product and recommend. The cost was average.

Very happy when these arrived as we are extending out solar light strands to cover a larger area. These poles are very well made and have a nice finish. Be patient as you assemble these so you don't get cross threading. The poles are very easy to install into each other and fit perfectly. When assembled, the base has a very deep spike with four additional adjustable spikes that you step on to make a good insertion into the ground. Very nice design and quality.

I've gotten several light poles, so the fact the box is heavy to me for this pair I think says a lot! These will be really nice to run light strings through the garden, that way I'll be able to do work out there after dark when it's cooler! You can make these diff heights depending on the number of pole sections you use. The screw together secitons have a plastic support piece that goes around them, you slip the one end on pushed down to seat securely, then put the next pole section in and push it down until you can screw it on... These have a deep fork at the top for the lights to be run through, but you may want to consider using something additional to secure them. Like wrap the wire with electrical tape and the use a plastic ziptie. Regular price $ 27.99 per the listing for the 2 pack of soil secure ones that're 10 feet tall.
