I’ve purchased some ring cameras form Marketplace and they didn’t have batteries. These batteries are great budget options compared to original ones.I mean inside are just batteries ok different brands but they all have the same functionality to power on the device and charge properly.Well this battery kit does just that. Offers good value so you save some money and you get 2 batteries and a charging dock for 2 simultaneous charging batteries. For me this was a no brainer for my outdoor camera. Especially I have it connected to solar panel so I would never have to worry about charging them manually.I will be happy if these batteries will last me a few years. Think about it how many batteries gets thrown away daily from kids toys - oh ouch so many so even if these aren’t original you still same the earth buy recharging them. The batteries fit properly in the ring indoor or outdoor cameras.Super easy to charge and install. The charging dock is a bit tricky to insert the batteries in… sometimes I had to wiggle the battery to get into the micro usb port. Will see how long will that last as well but considering that I have solar on my outdoor camera I probably will forget about this charging dock.

We have one solar powered spotlight cam that is not permanently attached to a structure. It’s secured to a planter. We occasionally move it around right outside the house to see what ‘critters’ come around. The solar panel sometimes gets blown or knocked over and drains the battery. These two batteries can be charged , ( once you remember where you put the orange Ring cord) and replace the drained battery with no camera down time. Works great for us. The batteries don’t come with the charging cord. They look exactly like the original Ring battery except they don’t have ‘Ring’ printed on them. You may be able to charge them with a regular usb charging cord, I don’t know. I followed Ring’s charging instructions that say use the orange charging cable.

This is a 100% perfect replacement for the oem batteries in our spotlight cam. They charge up quickly via the base charger and they have cleared our low battery errors from the 6 year old oem batteries that no longer have retained enough juice to stay charged throughout the day. These are a perfect fit and they work perfectly with zero issues, couldn't ask for more. The price makes them an awesome value, especially considering the charging base helps you utilize the old batteries in the event you ever need to do a swap or want to use them elsewhere. Highly recommended, awesome product.

These batteries look exactly the same as the official Ring batteries except for the printing of the word Ring on them. They work just like the original battery, but I don't believe the power claim at all on their marketing page. They are claiming 6040mAh. The original Ring battery has 5080mAh printed on it.I know from experience that the original Ring battery will last between 2-3 months between a charge in my stickup Cam. I've had this battery in the stickup Cam now for 6 days and the Ring app is telling me it is at 85% already. If the app is anywhere close to accurate, that means I'll get at most 7 weeks out of this battery. If their claim of 6040mAh is correct, then I believe I should get 11-14 weeks out of it!So long story short, the batteries work fine, but I think I would rely on these as a backup while charging the official battery. Don't think that getting this battery is going to help you go longer between charges.

I have a Ring doorbell camera as well as 3 stick up cameras. The most difficult thing to do is re-charge and change the batteries because I have to take a camera off-line to do so. Now, with this extra battery, I can always have one charged up and ready to go so when I am on a ladder I can swap the batteries and not have to go back up again. The battery looks and fits just like the original with lights to indicate charge status. It even came with a charge cable which is nice since it is a micro connector that is not common in my household any longer. Quality product and I am so happy I purchased this. Can't comment on battery life since it is new. The ONLY thing that was different is the metal that locks it in. This battery has a much shinier metal, so hope it will not rust. Only time will tell, but since the RING is very water tight I am not too worried about this.

Update: I have had these for a few weeks now and the battery packs are inconsistent. I didn't notice until I tried to charge these in my original Ring battery charger and they won't connect. This will only charge with a USB or the charger included with this pack. I also noticed that the battery is dying a little faster with these. I don't have data to support it, but it is my perception.Original Review: I have a lot of Ring cameras and didn't realize how important it would be to have extra batteries. This set is great. The charger works perfectly, the batteries are working (so far) and fit nicely. Couldn't be happier.

I was excited to try this, as I just installed a new outdoor Ring camera with a solar panel and figured 2 batteries were better than one. Unfortunately, this is what I get for getting off-brand.I knew there was an issue immediately when the batteries would not fit into the charger. No matter what I did, the charging holes in the batteries would not align with the charging posts. Which calls out another issue: the product I received does not match the photos in the ad. In the ad there are 2 little posts that connect to the battery; the product I received has 2 micro-USB posts in the charger (which is the root of the issue).Trying the USB cable in each battery individually I was able to verify that 1 battery would (seem to) charge (jury is still out). The other however would not slide into the micro-USB post, and on closer inspection I found that the charging port was either manufactured wrong, or arrived damaged (sign of being sent a used item?). Anyway, will attempt to return for replacement to see if a different unit fares any better.
