How to use the 4 digit combination padlock?
- Set the default code (0-0-0-0) and pull up the shackle.
- Turn the shackle about 90 degrees to the code setting gap.
- Push it down until the tiny pin is fully inside the gap.
- Keep it in place and turn about 90 degrees again.
- Scroll the number to set your own code.
- Turn back the shackle until it pops up.

When they send you the locks there is no manual yet they refer you to the manual. There are steps to follow on the back of the package but the steps fall WAY SHORT of reality. I wanted to return the locks since I was unable to change the combination but they do not allow returns. Fortunately there was someone on YouTube that showed how to reset the combination and I was able to do it myself. They have a good product but they do NOT show you how to reset the combo without someone else showing you.

We use these outside and they hold up well in the weather. We lubricate them to help prevent rust. So far no problems.

Instructions were easy to follow, it works great, and is probably the beat priced lock of its kind right now. Worked super well for some lockers I have in my bedroom.
