The most important detail is they are for H-Track. They are exclusive for mid or center mounting over the track. Meaning they are not designed for use at the end of the run. The images and the description don't provide any useful information as these are not limited to LED lighting. However, these are not UL listed so there is no wattage rating. The included screws and molly bolts are not needed to connect this to your "recessed, single, dual gang, or octagon" electric box.Cheers
