Not great for slings. The lids have a gap where the lift flap is and it’s big enough for slings to squeeze through. I had to modify it in a pinch with tape. Would have been perfect if the flap was flush. If you’re using it for larger critters and prey as a temp or travel home it might still work for you. Good price, decent quality.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. The lids do not stay on, and there is a big slit where the lid is. Tarantulas escaped these boxes, do not buy.

These are very small and not very sturdy. Could be good for infrequent stationary use, but not adequate for transport or frequent use.

At .85$ a unit I am very happy to have enclosures I feel good about selling my jumping spiders in! I don't know why they were assumed to be acrylic by another reviewer because that's not what they claim to be. They are excellent for stacking and maintaining a large amount of (2-4 instar) jumper slings and I will be using these to sell off my lot of slings. I can see these being great for a lot of different types of small insects and arachnid. Thank you to all the sellers who make reasonably priced products for the spider/insect community! We need this stuff!

Flightless fruit flies can get out where the door closes there’s a bit of a gap but it works great for a little bigger spiders.Bought some for my daughters school they are always catching observing and releasing bugs and critters

I loved the quality and how easy they are to put together, a really nice price for the amount sold, no leakage was found (no cracks) but they were smaller than I expected so size wasn’t too good. Would be more appropriate for tarantula slings! Overall performance is 9.5/10
