Great communication, seller responded to questions promptly. Worms arrived healthy and safe, although somewhat lethargic which is to be expected during cold February temperatures. Within a few minutes they were actively burrowing in their new bedding. Packaging well labeled and included reflective insulated padding to protect the worms and keep them warm. Trustworthy seller. Would buy from this vendor again without hesitation.

My worms arrived happy, healthy and active. I followed the instructions and moistened them with 1/2 cup water immediately and moved them to their new home. One little wiggler had escaped the bag and was eager to explore, so they were the the first to move in. The instructions page was very helpful! I hope they live a long, happy, healthy life in their new bin :)

I absolutely would recommend.I received my package about 5 days after ordering.They arrived healthy and active. Just to let you know the temps in Florida was hot during the transport but the ice pack and the insulated packaging keep my shipment safe and healthy.They have been in their new subpod home for two days and are doing really great.

So glad we went with Lazy’s red wrigglers instead of uncle Jim’s. I had done a lot of research and price comparison prior to purchasing and I undoubtedly made the right choice. The worms were very active upon unboxing and putting them in their new home. We were home to instantly unpack. I was impressed with the personally typed instructions that were included. I had already watched a lot of videos on how to set them up initially but if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have needed to. That being said because I had watched a lot of videos of people unboxing Uncle Jim’s 2000, I was surprised at how many worms arrived.Keep doing excellent business like this and you will take over the worm industry 😄

We ordered a total of 4000 worms for our 2 Urban Worm Bags. They shipped to us very quick, much less time than stated in the description. When they arrived the quantity seemed as expected and the worms were perfectly moist and very active. They adapted great to the bags and are thriving a week into it. I would definitely recommend these to anyone needing red wigglers for vermicomposting!!!

I’ve purchased red wigglers from 2 other companies and this is by far the best shipment I’ve received. I ordered on Sunday night and received it 3 days later. The worms arrived in 2 cinched pouches with the ends zip tied so I didn’t have any dead dried up worms in the box.I’m also really happy with the worms themselves. They are all sizable and most of them are already sexually mature so I won’t have to wait long for the population to grow. I’ve always received tiny worms from other vendors so I was pleasantly surprised.So glad I purchased from them and will definitely do it again in the future!

I ordered 2-1000 bag of worms for my worm composter. First bag gently laid out may have gotten 100 give or take then I looked in the bag thinking where's the rest more dirt than worms. Opened second bag of 1000 worms and same thing maybe 100 worms. Tried contacting with no response. This was expensive!! Where are my worms!
