The cleaning staff are very strong and can suck up a lot of fallen leaves and impurities. The swimming pool has become much cleaner and the price is reasonable. I really like it

I have an inground pool. My pool pump was broken and I have algae. Purchased this with excitement but to my disappointment it failed me. This blows the algae out of the top and makes a bigger mess. My pool was clear and not cloudy, only the algae at the bottom. Now I have to retreat the water to rid the cloudiness and find another robot. Returning tomorrow.

1. Product delivered very late within 2 weeks of the return window. DesertCart was the vendor.2. Within a month product stopped moving. Contacted Desertcart who referred me to Amazon who referred me back to Desertcart.3. Was given a manufacturers email to send a complaint to. No response or support.4. Complained many times to Amazon. Still not resolved.Do not buy this product due to no customer support.

UPDATE: Similar to other 1-star reviews, the robot might move a few feet, then stop and its head spins and spins. Pushing it only motivates it a few feet. But I am very impressed with the proactive, and very prompt support, the company provided.

Great little pool cleaner, easy to use and very effective. Good value. Used it to clean under the winter cover, the float and string that follow the cleaner make it easy to recover and pull out of the water. Runs for about 2 hours on a charge.
