Solid boxing machine with clear audio and lighting. Button response is good and overall build quality seems good as well. Instillation was quick and easy. I mounted this with the provided velcro straps to my basement concrete wall with no problems. I slipped on the provided gloves and went right into it. The basic program is easy to follow and keeps you moving. You do have to provide considerable contact to each hit to ensure it registers but that is a good thing.The overall package has all that you need. I do find the provided gloves a bit lacking as they are relatively minimal with just a thicker pad over the knuckles but they keep your hands from getting banged up. The quality of the gloves is ok. Sufficient for this product but they could be better.The available programs are just alright. The internal programs alter speed of the game and how many circles light up at a time. This forces you to have to provide faster strikes to keep up. I do think this is where the product is lacking though. It would have been nice to have these be more set up as game modes to earn points per strike or have it work on specific combos that you would get points for and then try to get more complex. You sadly have to do this kind of in your head instead. I do like the product though and plan to incorporate it into my workouts.

It's a great way to exercise the body and brain, while building hand to eye coordination.As I get older, I'm finding that I need to make an effort to keep the mind sharp.This is a great way to do that while also getting exercise. The pads light up and you hit them. You can adjust the speed to be more stimulating and challenging.It has a built-in speaker that hooked up to my phone via Bluetooth so I could play my own music (80s rock, tyvm). It was easy and paired without issue.The various pads light up randomly and you hit them. You can increase or decrease the speed they light up.It's pretty sturdy.It was easy to understand the instructions.It mounts onto the wall at whatever height you want it, but it is mounted to velcro strips, lol. The idea is that you can easily remove it and then position it at whatever height you need, making it something the whole family could use. I questioned the strength of the included velcro strips so got my own heavy-duty strips and used those instead.It's been a great way to me to increase my upper arm strength and work on cardio, while keeping the brain sharp.

This is such a cool concept! I didn't know what to expected first because I've never had one of these. But I love it! Since I'm short I'm glad that it's not on the stand so I can put it to the perfect height on the wall. I have it in the basement and I like the fact that I can link my music to it and it lights up so you know where to punch. I've definitely noticed a decrease in stress by using this. Highly recommend!

My kids love this toy. My son works with OT for his adhd and they encourage games that help his focus and also exert energy. This game is fun and he stays engaged because the speed increases and music increases in tempo. The adhesive stayed on my orange peel walls for two days but fell off after a lot of play. I did have to secure it on a flat surface to ensure it wouldn’t fall off again.

This Bluetooth boxing machine can be a lot of fun and a great workout. When I open the box I thought that it felt fairly light and kind of cheap. When I got it set up I noticed the it was kind of hollow and therefore be the punches a little bit difficult to land without feeling like I was going to put a hold of the wall. After I've gotten the hang of the right force to punch with it has been a lot of fun. I'm not sure how durable it is but it is lasted this long. The sound quality isn't the best it's a little bit muffled. I'm not sure that I would consider this for a child as the preloaded song that immediately comes on starts chanting "Sex Sex Sex On The Beach!"

The picture made it seem like this was a large product, but it was much much smaller than I expected.It comes with velcro strips, but you can also hang it on the wall, although I think it's just fine putting it on the ground as well.The boxing gloves it comes with are really cheap and are pretty much fabric over your hands.The device itself is fine. It flashes to the beat of the song and tracks the score. That Bluetooth function is cool, but the speaker is def fuzzy sounding.However, I wouldn't recommend gifting this to kids bc the default songs on there have some inappropriate songs on there like "sex on the beach" being sung repeatedly. " Who wants a cocktail? Remember more drinks, more fun!"Totally not ok for kids
