Whenever you hit it it sometimes slams into the wall and will damage your wall)- Overall I am happy with this find as my son for Christmas, but we just recently got it hung up and he often uses it whenever he gets frustrated sometimes as an outlet to calm down.

My little brother LOVES this boxing machine! It was a great choice for him as a Christmas gift! It was easy to hang, the instructions are clear and easy to understand, and it comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the machine, practice boxing skills, and get a great workout in! He especially likes to use it when the weather is bad and he doesn't want to commute to the gym.I will say that upon opening the package, the size of the machine was a bit smaller than I expected. The photos depict a device that seems more suited for adults, and this size seems better geared for older children. I do like how it doesn't take up much space though, its slim and fit easily in many locations, so we had some flexibility in where we chose to hang it. That being said, I also appreciated the included options for hanging. I currently rent my town home, and am moving in the next two months. I really didn't want to have to drill anymore holes into the walls, and the option to hang with the Velcro strips was very much appreciated!The music feature is a nice touch, and you can even play your own music via bluetooth! As someone who is on a fitness journey, the calorie tracker is a nice touch that encourages you to push yourself! If you're looking to improve you boxing skills, the different level, settings, and feedback the game gives you is handy as well.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. I did purchase this with my younger brother in mind, who loves to train and has been interested in boxing, but many of our family members, including myself, have tried it out and had fun with it. Initially, I was skeptical as to the price. It is about 120 regularly, and at the time of my order, was just under 100. Upon receiving it and getting to test it out, though, I feel comfortable saying that it is well worth the price! It is a quality boxing machine, with many features, and both entertaining as a game and useful as a training and cardio tool! Its versatile and many people in the home can use it, from children to adults!

The accessories that come with it are nice. The actual unit has some of the pads not fully inserted into place at their sockets. I have pushed them in as much as possible, but one edge will pop out and the registering of the hits are not consistent. Had high hopes given the other pieces included but disappointed in the actual unit.

This is a nice complete set - it comes with the boxing machine, gloves, bag and waist strap + straps. The velcro mounting option seemed convenient but the unit I had fell off of it. If using the velcro option, I recommend taking it off when not in use. It allows you to connect your phone to it as a speaker but I don't recommend that...speaker on this machine isn't very good. Even my iPad sounds better than this.The boxing unit itself is great though. Whatever material they are using to isolate the punches from the unit works well, so it doesn't sound like I'm punching the wall too loudly from the other side. The waist strap + resistance strap does a good job of adding resistance so you can get a faster workout. There are few playing modes and speeds to it. It's surprisingly fun and a good workout. When my little ones are on it, I definitely feel like it's helping with hand-eye coordination in faster modes. Overall, it's a great little exercise machine that doesn't take up too much space. I like it.

I really wanted to try this boxing machine! I thought it looked fun, combining music and exercise. It’s nice that it comes with 3 different ways to install it. It is pretty light, so I chose the Velcro. I like that it is adjustable for my husband and I to use because he’s taller. I also got some additional Velcro to be able to use it in the garage and the basement.It is super easy to adjust. I just turned it on and tried to keep up. I tried different levels. It takes a little getting used to but I enjoy it. I paired it with my phone and tried using my own music. When I punch it , the light on the pad goes off and if I hit the wrong one there’s a deeper beep to indicate my error. The machine keeps track of how many punches have landed correctly, the time and the calories burned, so I can set different goals.The speakers are just ok. Good enough. Had to take off 1 star.I can hit it soft or hard and it still registered as a hit. It comes with straps to give you a little more of a fuller body work out. The straps provide more resistance. It came with nice boxing gloves and wraps for my hands. It also comes with a bag to store everything in. Everything fits, but I find the gloves are a little too big for it.The machine itself is a good size. I feel like I can hit any target in a reasonable reach.The price was reasonable when I got it. I’ve seen this kind of machine (but not the same brand) listed from $89 to $300.I plan to use it as part of my workout. It is fun and I hope I get better at it as I get more familiar with it.
