I ordered this punching pad because it looked fun and I may be able to get in better shape. I have absolutely no boxing skills or experience whatsoever! It is fun and was easy to set up. I like that it has a volume control and speed control. I was able to link the bluetooth on my phone with no problem, and it sounded great. It is probably best suited for teenagers through adult. It seems durable, but time will tell. Oh....and I liked the boxing gloves. They fit nicely and were made to fit multiple sizes.

I recently purchased the Lostook Music Boxing Machine, and I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! This interactive punching trainer has taken my workouts to a whole new level.Not only is it fun and engaging, but it's also incredibly effective. The large size wall-mounted electronic boxing target provides a great target for my punches and kicks.I love the variety it offers with 9 modes and 9 speeds, keeping my workouts challenging and exciting.The boxing gloves included are comfortable and durable. Overall, I highly recommend the Lostook Music Boxing Machine to anyone looking to improve their boxing skills or just wanting a fun way to stay active.

got this unit 8 months ago for cardio conditioning. I currently have worked up to punching 4,600x in 20 minutes. I think I maxed out on the fastest speed of 9, but still serves me well. It’s a great and fun workout. Helps with hand and eye coordination. Also a great stress reliever after a long day of work.I tried other units before, but there was an annoying punching noise that was distracting. This is the only unit that when holding down the “Speed” button, the volume decreases and mutes the noise. All others don’t do this and many complain about it. Not sure why other buyers of this model complain about the noise, when the instructions clearly note to hold the “Speed” but to mute the punching noise. I just crank up my music externally or put on my headset and go at it. Works perfectly!Build quality is solid. I go at this machine fast and hard, especially with the stress at work, and it’s held up. It’s space saving and cost effective. The adhesive works well on smooth walls, otherwise, I’d suggest screwing the adhesive Velcro to the wall. The gloves that came with the unit was great at first, but it eventually gave me blisters on my knuckles. So I bought another set of boxing gloves that has cushion. This is my only reason to drop a star.All-in-all, this is my go-to cardio supplemental workout for two to three times a week. Great workout that makes you break out in a good sweat!
